Area home prices continue to stabilize, as sales jumped 24 percent in the first quarter of 2012. At April's end, year-to-date closings also were up compared to corresponding 2011 numbers, with 7,041 closings. That's a 24.5 percent increase compared to the 5,655 closings reported through April 2011. With these numbers as a backdrop, here are four recent sales at various price points.
