Janitorial company names new president

Former operations VP joined GroupXCel unit two years ago

Michael Rose has been named president of ProImage Facility Services, the janitorial arm of the GroupXCel organization owned by area entrepreneurs Farzin Ferdowsi and Homey Aminmadani.

Rose joined ProImage in April 2010 as vice president of operations and will now oversee the company’s management and operations. ProImage, which was launched in 2000, services more than 3 million square feet of space daily, including the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. Company officials say the company has tripled in size since 2008.

“Michael has excelled during his tenure at ProImage, and he’s an ideal fit for the role of president,” said Ferdowsi. “ProImage has seen tremendous progress in the past several years, and we anticipate that upward trend to continue.”

Before joining ProImage, Rose was president of West Point Holdings, where he oversaw the acquisition of homes to remodel and sell. He also was president and owner of wireless distributor Let's Talk Wireless and held various management positions with what is now AT&T Wireless.
