Titans plan band stage for LP Field
Team will pay cost for new performance area
LP Field could be getting a new stage.
According to the May 24 agenda of the Metropolitan Sports Authority, Cumberland Stadium Inc. — the Titans subsidiary charged with operating the East Bank stadium — is seeking "approval for the construction of a performance stage in the bowl of the stadium."
The costs will be borne by CSI.
Calls to Titans Vice President Don MacLachlan were not immediately returned Thursday afternoon. Sports Authority Executive Director Emmett Edwards directed inquiries about the scope of the plans to MacLachlan.
