Regions Center improvements

Harvest Construction has two permits for the Regions Center. The first, for $100,000, goes to rehab the 11th floor, a 17,170-square-foot space for law firm Gideon Cooper & Essary. The second — $52,000 — will rehab the 11th floor restrooms.

One heckuva McDonalds

W.R. Newman will do $450,000 in improvements to the Donelson Pike McDonald's to include the addition of dual drive-thru lines.

Midtown hot chicken?

Best Way will rehab a 1,744-square-foot existing structure at 112 19th Ave. S. for "Bishops Hot Chix." The permit for the spot between Broadway and West End Aenue includes porch seating and is worth $40,000.
