The founder of Stoney River Legendary Steaks is bringing his newest concept to Nashville.
Pierre Panos' Fresh to Order is on the hunt for franchisees to operate at least five Nashville-area locations for the concept, which toes the line between fast-casual and casual fine dining.
“Fresh To Order was founded on the guiding vision of offering incredible food, service and facilities in under 10 minutes for around $10,” Panos said. “Fine dining shouldn’t leave you broke and that’s what Fresh To Order is all about: giving our guests fine dining menu options at fast casual price points.”
The concept's menu features chef-inspired cuisine including traditional entrées, panini sandwiches, soups and salads with a goal of service times under 10 minutes. Panos and Fresh To Order Executive Chef Jesse Gideon will host a menu tasting dinner in Nashville on June 11.
Founded in 2006, Fresh to Order has five restaurants in Atlanta and one in Chattanooga. Two additional franchise locations are already scheduled to open this year, including one in Concourse B of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
