Bass, Berry & Sims has added two associates to its Nashville corporate and securities group.

Andrea N. Orr is returning to Bass after spending three years at insurance company HealthSpring, which was sold to Cigna for $3.8 billion earlier this year. Her practice will focus on corporate governance, securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions work. She earned her law degree from Wake Forest University and received a B.A from the University of Tennessee.

Brian L. Sims moves to Bass from the Tennessee Department of Health, where he was assistant general counsel. He earned his law degree in 2010 from Vanderbilt University and his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina.
