High joins Southeast Venture

Roscoe High has joined Southeast Venture LLC as a broker.

High arrives from Northwestern Mutual in Atlanta, where he was a financial representative. Previously, High was an account coordinator with 360i, Dentsu Inc. and a media buyer for Media Solutions in Atlanta.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee.

 

Lunsford joins 
Benchmark Realty

Shelia Lunsford has joined Benchmark Realty LLC as a broker/agent.

Lunsford has previous work experience as a building consultant and in the sales and marketing field. She is a member of Business Network International and Positive Murfreesboro. Lunsford is also one of the founders of the Murfreesboro Business Network, where she served as past president and vice president.

 

Eskind Diabetes Clinic 
tabs Jagasia as director

Dr. Shubhada Jagasia has been appointed medical director of the Vanderbilt Eskind Diabetes Clinic.

Jagasia succeeds the clinic’s founding medical director, Thomas Elasy, who recently was named chief of the Division of General Internal Medicine and Public Health.

Jagasia received her M.D. from Seth G.S. Medical College and King Edward Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, India. She completed her endocrinology fellowship at Vanderbilt and joined the faculty in 2000.

 

MP&F promotes account executive

McNeely Pigott & Fox Public Relations has promoted Amanda Reinbold to assistant account executive.

Reinbold, who joined MP&F in 2010, previously was an associate account executive. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in English literature and Spanish.

 

Saint Thomas adds 
communications coordinator

Amanda Anderson has joined Saint Thomas Health as communications coordinator.

Anderson will assist with media relations for the health system and hospitals — Baptist Hospital, Saint Thomas Hospital and Middle Tennessee Medical Center — and Saint Thomas Health affiliated ventures, practices and clinics.

Anderson has several years of media relations and public relations experience, most recently as director of communications with the Tennessee Department of Education. She was once a reporter with The City Paper. Anderson earned her bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

 

First Farmers & Merchants Bank names manager

Rory Mallard has been appointed manager of First Farmers & Merchants Bank’s Cool Springs and McEwen Drive branch offices.

Mallard joined First Farmers last summer after a six-year career at Fifth Third Bank in Nashville where he was manager of FF&MB’s Music Row Financial Center. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. 

 

Nunnari joins Pinnacle’s Murfreesboro team

Michelle Nunnari has joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as a service specialist for the West College Street office in Murfreesboro.

Nunnari’s past roles include serving as a teller specialist for Regions Bank in Murfreesboro and as a telebanking specialist for AmSouth Bank in Nashville.

Nunnari earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

 

Alive Hospice announces new CEO

Anna-Gene O’Neal has been named chief executive officer of Alive Hospice.

O’Neal arrives from Brentwood-based Cogent HMG, where she served as senior vice president of quality and performance improvement. She has three degrees from Vanderbilt University. She earned a B.S.N. in 1988, followed by an M.S.N. in nursing administration and an MBA in organization management.

 

Beasley joins Franklin 
Synergy

Katherine Beasley has joined the Franklin Synergy Bank mortgage banking team.

Beasley most recently worked at SunTrust Bank and has more than 15 years of mortgage origination experience.  

Beasley is a graduate of Centre College with a B.S. in economics and management. She also holds an MBA from Georgia State University.

 

Easter Seals Tennessee 
names director

Easter Seals Tennessee has named Harrison H. Perry III director of development and marketing.

Perry began his business career with Cain-Sloan Department Stores in Nashville and later worked in the membership department at Atlanta’s High Museum of Art. He also served as director of development and marketing for the Southeastern Flower Show and the Atlanta Opera. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in  business administration.

 

MTSU names media 
relations director

Jimmy Hart, formerly executive editor of The Daily News Journal and DNJ.com in Murfreesboro, has been named director of news and media relations for Middle Tennessee State University.

Hart will serve as editor of MTSUNews.com and will direct a team that produces multimedia content for media outlets, university publications and WMOT-FM, the university’s public radio station.

Hart is a graduate of the University of Tennessee

 

United Way promotes Langlois

Nicole M. Langlois has been named associate director of campaign growth and analytics for United Way of Metropolitan Nashville.

Langlois has been with United Way since 2001 and has held a variety of positions.

Langlois has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Kent State University and a master’s in non-profit administration from John Carroll University.

 

Christ Presbyterian adds communications coordinator

Christ Presbyterian Church and Academy has added Sarah McCandless as its communications coordinator. 

McCandless, who  previously served as account coordinator at Brentwood Communications, is a 2006 graduate of Clemson University, where she majored in English and communications.

 

PrimeFlight adds 
regional director

PrimeFlight Aviation Services has added David Kuhns as its director for field support in the Southeast region.

Kuhns comes to PrimeFlight from Eulen America, where he served as the chief operating officer since 2008. Prior to that, he served as vice president and chief operating officer for Division Americas.

Kuhns received his B.S. in business management from Kutztown State College.
