State pays $3M for Hickory Hollow Dillard's
Retail space to become Nashville State's newest location
The state of Tennessee has finalized its purchase of the former Dillard's location at Hickory Hollow Mall.
According to a filing with the Davidson County Register of Deeds, the state paid $3 million to Dillard Tennessee Operating LP for the space.
The State Building Commission gave its approval for the purchase in September. Dillard's is the first of the shuttered anchors at the struggling shopping center — Dillard's closed nearly four years ago; Macy's announced it would close in January — to get new life.
