Colliers confirms plucking of two from CB Richard Ellis

Neill, Woolwine join office division

Colliers International announced today the team of Bill Neill and Mark Woolwine, formerly of CB Richard Ellis, have joined the Colliers International office services group in Nashville, bringing the office to 10 brokers.

"We are very excited to have such well-respected and experienced brokers like Bill and Mark at Colliers International. They have proven to be a strong force within the Nashville office market with their collaborative approach to serving clients," said Nate Greene, managing partner at Colliers International. "We know that their professional background will strongly enhance our current office team and will add a unique skill set to serve our clients."

The gap left at CB by Neill (on the left in our photo) and Woolwine has been filled by J.T. Martin and Taylor Hillenmeyer from Southeast Venture and ProVenture Commercial Real Estate, respectively.

Neill and Woolwine began their career with CB Richard Ellis as office specialists. Their notable projects have included the AT&T Tower, Highland Ridge, One Nashville Place and the Regions Center. They have represented many blue-chip names, including Allstate Insurance, American Express, AT&T, HCA, Microsoft, TIAA-CREF and Walgreen's.
