The first, third, sixth, seventh, ninth, 10th, 22nd and 24th floors of the Snodgrass Tower will get rehab work totalling the oddly specific figure of $5,064,031 from D.F. Chase, who was presumably the low bidder.

Halls for Ford & Harrison

DWC has a $110,000 permit to rehab the 20th-floor corridors at the Pinnacle at Symphony Place. Law firm Harrison & Ford will occupy the offices on that level.

Edley's East underway

Announced in late June, construction is underway for the Edley's Bar-B-Que east-side location. Trendmark has the $275,000 permit for 3,260 square feet of former warehouse space at 908 Main St.

Bank for Batman

Construction on U.S. Bank's state headquarters at the AT&T Building has begun. DWC has the $254,000 permit for first-floor rehab work.

Stay cool, boys

Ryan/Reynolds will build a water cooling tower for the Tennessee National Guard at the armory at Sidco and Armory. The project totals $535,000.
