HCA's support services division has acquired, for terms not disclosed, a staffing company in Texas.

Parallon Business Solutions — one of the businesses that will move into Alex Palmer's West End Summit complex — has purchased Martin Fletcher, an Irving, Texas-based health care staffing firm, a move that adds direct hire and locum tenens recruiting services to Parallon’s suite of back-office and technology services.

“This acquisition exemplifies our dedication to improving the search and recruitment process for healthcare organizations,” said Michael O’Boyle, Parallon’s president and CEO.
