Quest Diagnostics has “sold substantially” all of its OralDNA Labs salivary-diagnostics business to Access Genetics, according to a company statement released Monday.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The salivary testing services are now provided from the company’s Brentwood facility, which will be consolidated under Access Genetic's CLIA- and CAP-certified laboratory in Eden Prairie, Minn.
