Three Century City buildings fetch $42M

New Mexico company moves into Nashville market

A New Mexico company has made a $42 million move into the Nashville office market.

Rosemont Realty Partners paid $42.25 million for Lakeview Place, a three-building complex on Century Boulevard near Nashville International Airport. The buildings — One Lakeview Place is pictured here — total 380,000 square feet.

The Lakeview Place complex is leased to 95 percent, and tenants include Amerigroup Tennessee, Mitsui & Co., Continental Casualty, Cummings Resources and Paychex and V. Alexander & Co. The deal was brokered by Cassidy Turley's Crews Johnston, Perry Gooch and Drew Flood.

The complex last traded in February 2011 when a joint venture of Smith Halleman and Alabama's Harbert Management paid $26.55 million. At the time, the properties' vacancy rate stood at 84 percent.
