Demo at Werthan

R.C. Mathews has a $300,000 demolition permit for a building at Werthan Packaging. SWH Residential Partners paid $7 million for the 13.75-acre site and plans to a 282-unit, $40 million mixed-use apartment building.

HealthLeaders at MetroCenter

Suite B-300 at 1 Vantage Way, pictured here, will get a $120,000 rehab from Tenant. Research and publishing company HealthLeaders will move into the 12,000 square feet.

Silicon Ranch at Pinnacle

DWC will finish out 6,287 square feet on the 20th floor of the Pinnacle building for Silicon Ranch, the solar energy venture chaired by former Gov. Phil Bredesen. The project totals $250,000.

Goodwill on Gallatin

A former SuperPets location at 2101 Gallatin Pike will become 16,000 extra square feet for the Goodwill store. Branch Building has the $270,000 contract.
