The WestSide Athletic Club has sold for $4.7 million.

The 76,000-square-foot building that houses the club sits on 10.7 acres, fronting both Highway 100 and Vaughns Gap Road near West Meade and Belle Meade.

WestSide Athletic Club last sold in 2004 for approximately $2.78 million and was most recently appraised at about $2.21 million.

The purchaser is 11 Vaughns Gap RE LLC, which has as its address Cassidy Turley's office on Virginia Way in Brentwood. A $3.3 million mortgage filed immediately after the sale was signed by Cassidy agent Rob Lowe acting as president of the LLC.
