New gym at Harpeth Hall

The Parent Co. is building a $5 million wellness center at Harpeth Hall. The school started planning for the 40,000-square-foot facility back in 2010.

West side Jack's

A 1,277-square-foot addition to 1601 Charlotte is being built by Lankford for Jack's Barbecue West. The project totals $500,000.

Walker Tipps & Malone in One Nashville

Tenant Building will rehab more than 14,000 square feet on the 23rd floor of One Nashville Place for Walker, Tipps, & Malone. The refurb will cost $300,000.

Integrity Solutions to Palmer Plaza

DWC has the $173,000 contract to rehab space in Palmer Plaza for Integrity Solutions.
