Permit Patrol: 5 October 2012

New lobby at Bohan, new restaurant on Fifth, new belts for FedEx, and more ...

My B'Gosh

OshKosh B'Gosh will move into Suite 202 at Opry Mills after $245,000 in work from Retail Construction Services.

Fancy belt

The FedEx facility on Airways Boulevard is getting a new conveyor belt system. Wit-Con will install it for $241,000.

OK, but what is it?

Another permit — this time for $350,000 — to rehab the former Wild Bill's space, located on Fifth Avenue South across from Bridgestone Arena, into a restaurant. Still no indications what kind of restaurant, but the project by CraftLogic includes a rooftop terrace.

Lobby work at Bohan

The Bohan Building on 12th Avenue South in the Gulch is sprucing up its lobby. The Carter Group has the $50,000 job.

Ongoing work at Meharry

As part of Meharry Medical College's ongoing capital projects plan, restrooms are being rehabbed at the West Sciences Building. The project totals $174,000. PBG has the contract.
