Southeast Venture adds broker with strong family name

Son of legendary late attorney will look to generate new business

Principals with commercial real estate company Southeast Venture, LLC, announced today that James Neal, Jr., has joined the firm as a broker.

Neal is the son of the late James F. Neal, a Nashville attorney who gained national renown as chief prosecutor of the Watergate case.

Most recently, Neal worked at Luckenback Branding & Promotions, LLC, a marketing and promotions company with outposts in Nashville and Dallas and that he founded in 2010.

Neal (pictured) also worked for 18 years as principal and founding partner of KMG Marketing, at which he handled key accounts that included Mercedes Benz Financial, the Dallas Mavericks and Blockbuster. His work experience also includes stints as a consultant for the Wall Street Journal Office Network and as a special projects manager for Box Energy Corp.

“James has lots of experience networking, developing outside investment opportunities and generating new business,” Todd Alexander, Southeast Venture principal and director of brokerage services, said in a release.

Neal is a member of the Advertising Specialty Institute, Promotional Products Association International and the Nashville Convention and Visitors Bureau.
