Jones Lang LaSalle recruits two from Eakin

Duo has been marketing Fifth Third Center, Cummins Station

Global real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle has boosted its local profile by luring two brokers from Eakin Partners.

Tom Hooper and Bo Tyler will lead Jones Lang LaSalle’s push into the Middle Tennessee office market. The firm has until now been represented here by Senior Vice President Vince Lefler, who is active in the apartment sales market.

"Nashville is an important and growing Southeast commercial real estate market," Mike Sivewright, Atlanta market director for Jones Lang LaSalle. said in a statement announcing Hooper and Tyler moves. "Their in-depth local expertise and solid relationships within the Nashville real estate community will be an asset to our growing client base in the region."

Hooper, left in our photo, had been with Eakin since 2003 and with Tyler has been marketing the Fifth Third Center and Cummins Station, among other properties. Tyler joined Eakin in 2006 from Jones Lang LaSalle’s Washington, D.C., office, where he worked as a project manager in the firm’s construction management division.
