Retail momentum in the Gulch continues as the Icon space last home to Nashville Clothing Co. has landed a new tenant.

Studded, a women’s and men’s clothing and accessories store, is preparing for a Nov. 1 opening, according to co-owner Brandi Trindade.

A former California resident, Trindade said the build-out will cost approximately $8,000. She is a partner in the business with Johnny Compean.

“I have been dressing a lot of Nashville people [the past few years],” Trindade said. “I work with a lot of artists and bands.”

Studded is located at 606 12th Ave. S. in Icon in The Gulch (pictured here).
