Opry Mills lands three more tenants

Two national food chains joining Earthbound

Opry Mills officials said they have signed leases with two national food concepts as well as a regional seller of multicultural merchandise.

Earthbound Trading Company will open its fourth Middle Tennessee location near the Opry Mills Forever 21 store late this year. Opening around the same time will be snack retailer Cinnabon, which will be located near Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. It will be the third area location for the chain.

On top of that, Moe’s Southwest Grill will open a new location early next year near the VF Outlet store. The store will be the company’s fourth, adding to spots on West End and in Belle Meade and Brentwood.

“Our loyal shoppers from Nashville and beyond continue to appreciate our growing mix of unique shopping, dining and entertainment options,” said Jad Murphy, general manager of Opry Mills. “These great new additions further brand Opry Mills as a one-stop shopping destination with more stores, more brands, more savings and more fun.”

Both Cinnabon and Moe's are under the umbrella of Atlanta-based Focus Brands, which also runs the Schlotzky's and Auntie Anne's chains, among others. Word of their arrival comes just a few weeks after children's clothing retailer Oshkosh B'Gosh said it would return to the mall next spring.
