Crosslin to Green Hills
Accounting and consulting firm Crosslin & Associates will soon leave its longtime home at 2525 West End Avenue and move to Green Hills, where it will take up space in the Astoria building (pictured here) at 3803 Bedford Ave. T.W. Frierson has been charged with finishing the space, a job worth $706,000.
Top of the Palm
Palm Equipment is re-roofing its La Vergne building on JP Hennessey Drive. Baker Roofing has the $338,000 contract.
BNY starts the process
Bank of New York Mellon has broken ground on its new processing center. The three-floor, 177,000-square-foot project off Brick Church Pike will cost nearly $25 million. Holder Construction has the contract.
New food court at Baptist and other hospital construction
Fixtur-World has the $480,000 contract to rehab the Baptist Hospital food court. Orion will rehab 4,888 square feet on the third floor of VUMC's Psychiatric ward in a job coming in at $267,000. Dyer and Boger will build the Southern Hills Sleep Center on the third floor of the MOB at 391 Wallace for $220,000.
