Logan’s Roadhouse, Inc., today announced the addition of Todd Townsend as chief marketing officer.
Townsend (pictured) will lead the marketing and product development teams with responsibility for advertising, merchandising, brand strategy, menu, food development and quality control.
Townsend started his career with the Leo Burnett Company, where he worked on the Pillsbury, Kellogg’s and Miller Lite advertising accounts. He was the chief marketing officer for Sonic Drive In, and has done work with Sprint, Yahoo! and Qwest Communications, where he led e-commerce and consumer marketing.
Most recently, Townsend was the chief marketing and sales officer at Time Warner Cable, Inc., where he oversaw all marketing and sales initiatives for the Eastern U.S.
“I am very excited to have Todd join our executive team,” Logan’s Chief Executive Officer Tom Vogel said in a release. “His experience, strategic thinking, creativity and energy make him a very valuable asset to Logan’s.”
Townsend received a bachelor’s degree in journalism and marketing from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in advertising from Northwestern University.
