Zeitlin and Company Realtors has named partner and 11-year company veteran Jessica Averbuch as managing broker of its Green Hills office.

“Jessica is a tremendous asset to our team,” said Shirley Zeitlin, CEO of the firm. “Over the past decade, her leadership and experience as a Broker has helped propel Zeitlin and Company, Realtors, to success. We are pleased that she will be serving in the expanded role of Managing Broker of our Green Hills office.”

Averbuch has served as Zeitlin's vice president of education since May. Her new responsibilities will include recruitment and ongoing sales training and continuing education opportunities for all of her agents.

Additionally, Averbuch serves as one of the company’s delegates to The Leadership Council, which is a national peer review group of independent real estate brokerages. She has received several awards, including the 2010 Nashville Emerging Leaders Award and five silver Awards of Excellence from the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. She earned her master’s degree from the University of Texas and her bachelor’s degree from Washington University.
