A veteran Nashville construction firm is teaming with a regarded health care building group to form an alliance to pursue health care construction contracts throughout the mid-South.
Arizona-based Hunt Construction and Middle Tennessee's Hardaway Construction Corp. announced the formation of the HuntHardaway Strategic Alliance Wednesday in an effort to secure hospital and other health care facility contracts in the region. The goal is to combine Hunt's expertise and Hardaway's local knowledge, which has built a portfolio including Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Baptist Hospital and Saint Thomas.
"We are very pleased with the HuntHardaway Strategic Alliance and are extremely confident that the combination of Hardaway’s local presence in the Tennessee region, its financial strength, and its commitment to client satisfaction, and our portfolio of healthcare related work provides a comprehensive range of construction experts well suited to pursue these unique projects," said Robert G. Hunt, CEO of Hunt Construction Group Inc.
Hunt ranks in the top 30 of trade publication Engineering News-Record's list of the country's top contractors.
“The HuntHardaway Strategic Alliance brings together a combination of healthcare construction specialists from Hunt and the Nashville area construction specialists from our company to be able to build state of the art healthcare facilities in the Tennessee Region,” said Stan Hardaway, president of Hardaway Construction.
