O'Charley's hires two senior execs, promotes four

Restaurant company adds VP of marketing, director of construction and facilities

O’Charley’s Inc. announced Thursday it has hired two senior executives and promoted four professionals at its corporate headquarters.

Richard Trebilcock has been hired as vice president of marketing. Previously, Trebilcock (pictured here) was senior VP of marketing for Potbelly Sandwich Works.

Phil Trello joins as director of construction and facilities for O’Charley’s and Stoney River. Trello has more than 25 years of experience in retail and restaurants including positions with Pier 1, Applebee’s, Darden, Sports Authority and, most recently, Tasti D Lite.

The following four O’Charley’s Inc. employees have been promoted: Allie Garmon to accounting manager; David Hill to director of financial reporting; Laurie Katapski to senior director of marketing; and Joe Rymer to vice president and corporate controller.

Nashville-based O’Charley’s (Ticker: CHUX) operates or franchises 342 restaurants under three brands.
