Real estate notes: First Industrial sells Antioch park
A Jackson, Miss., firm has paid more than $2.3 million for south Nashville's Buchanan Station office park.
The purchase by Buchanan Station Partners GP from First Industrial Realty was filed Monday. The 3.46-acre tract includes a 38,000-square-foot office building and was last appraised at $2.24 million. Tenants at the park include a caster manufacturer, Creative Marketing Solutions and Diversified Wire and Cable.
Buchanan Station Partners shares its Jackson address with State Street Group, a commercial, industrial and multifamily property group.
Providence MarketPlace adds leasing agent
Jones Lang LaSalle will handle management and leasing for Mt. Juliet's Providence MarketPlace, the 630,000-square-foot retail center anchored by J.C. Penney, Target and Dick's Sporting Goods, among others.
Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle handled early financing for Tony Giarrantana's still-unconstructed Signature Tower project. More recently, the firm brokered Exeter's massive industrial park buy, which included several Tennessee sites.
