Correct Care inks airport-area lease

Correct Care Solutions, a provider of institutional medical care for correctional facilities, has signed a 10-year lease for 47,000 square feet at Airways Plaza.

Landlord In-Rel Properties says the lease brings the occupancy rate at the 193,000-square-foot Airways (pictured) on Murfreesboro Road to 93 percent. In-Rel was represented by Director of Leasing Frazier Baker and Correct Care was represented by Dwaine Anderson of the Anderson Group.

Correct Care manages the medical care of almost 60,000 inmates in 17 states. The company was recapitalized by a Boston-based private-equity group last fall.
