Former Hathaway exec joins firm's multifamily team

CB Richard Ellis has a new vice president in its Capital Market Multi-Housing Group.

Russell Oldham comes to CBRE from Atlanta's Hathaway Properties Inc., which has developed over 12,000 units throughout the Southeast. Oldham was responsible for development, acquisitions and finance for Hathaway.

“Russ has strong experience in multi-family investment, finance, and development which will enable him to assist our clients in a number of ways”, said Tom Frye, managing director of CBRE’s Nashville office. “I am pleased that he is now a member of our team.”

While at Hathaway, Oldham was responsible for the sourcing, execution, financing and disposition of over $160 million in multi-housing investments. His experience also includes serving as land project manager for the Nashville office of NVR Inc. A CPA, Oldham began his career with Arthur Andersen in Atlanta, providing financial services to public and private clients as part of the Assurance and Business Advisory Group.
