More mixed use in Green Hills

TRC Construction will build a two-story, office/retail building at 2106 Crestmoor Road near the Mall at Green Hills. The project totals $1.38 million.

Must be some party

Classic Party Rentals' new space on Elm Hill Pike will cost $1.6 million. Holladay Construction will finish out the 51,097 square-foot shell.

Trevecca's new labs...

Trevecca Nazarene University's on-going capital project takes its next step, as American Constructors readies to rehab 10,000 square-feet of the science building for new labs and a new elevator. The project comes in at $1.4 million.

...And some at Vandy (must be summer)

Two separate projects at Vanderbilt's Stevenson Hall total $650,000 and will add new math lecture areas and a molecular biology lab. Orion has the contracts.

Pinnacle finally gets its gym

Brasfield & Gorrie will build the promised tenant fitness center at The Pinnacle at Symphony Place. The 5,500 square-foot workout room split across two levels of the first floor will cost $276,000.

Wirtgen's workin' it

Wirtgen America, a provider of road construction equipment, is expanding in Antioch. T.W. Frierson will build 29,900 square-feet of warehouse space at the Wirtgen facility on Dana Way. The pricetag comes to $2.9 million.
