West Precinct build underway
The former Bob Frensley site on Charlotte is moving into its next phase as the West Precinct for Metro Police. Messer has the $5.5 million job.
Big Machine's big improvement
The hit-makers at Big Machine Records on 16th Avenue are spending some of that Taylor Swift cash on their offices. The record company is getting a $1.2 million facelift — to include balconies — from Brentwood Builders.
New Music Valley restaurant
The old Applebee's attached to the Music Valley Radisson will become the "Opry Backstage Grill." The $1 million re-work will be handled by DF Chase.
Stratford, Antioch get in on the new roof action
Metro Schools continues their push for new toppers. Stratford High School is getting a $300,000 roof rehab from Don Kennedy Roofing. Antioch High's new roof totals $850,000, also from Kennedy.
Not that AT&T Building
RSS Solutions will re-roof the AT&T Building ... on Elliston Place. Unlike it's Batman-looking cousin downtown, this job shouldn't require cranes or helicopters. And it's price tag is only $275,000.
