Centennial gets MOB out of the ground

Brasfield & Gorrie pulled the $23.5 million permit to build a new, six-story medical office building for Centennial Medical Center as part of the ongoing expansion at the HCA property.

Zinging up at Zeledyne

The facility forever known to Nashvillians as the Ford Glass Plant is getting some rehab. Now the Zeledyne plant, the Centennial Boulevard manufacturer is renovating its main building with a $4.6 million project by Devon Industrial Group.

Meharry gets moving

Lytle Hall on the campus of Meharry Medical College is getting a $978,000 rehab from R.G. Anderson.

No foolin': Container Store in Green Hills

Bacon Construction is taking on the $600,000 demolition and core-and-shell contract at the former home of the late, great Davis-Kidd at the Mall at Green Hills. Storage and organization giant The Container Store is the tenant.

Asurion's add-on

Gadget insurer Asurion is readying for their expansion, announced late last year. Flow will rehab 7,000 square feet at the Grassmere office park in a project totaling $230,000.

Sprintz's facade spruce

Nashville furniture institution Sprintz is getting a new-look facade at its White Bridge Road location. Hayes will do the $221,000 project.

New life at Baker Glass

The old Baker Glass space in Hickory Hollow will become offices for Energy Logic, a heater and boiler manufacturer. DWC has the $227,000 contract.
