Health care consulting firm Ageis Health Group has hired Patrick Carlton as vice president of market operations.

Carlton, a former account executive at Healthways, is responsible for managing Aegis' relationships with client representatives, including working with hospital administrators and business development teams and handling strategies to drive revenue to client hospitals. He also oversees employer relations specialists at client hospitals across the country as they work to build relationships with employers in their markets.

“Patrick brings valuable management experience to the Aegis team,” said Henry Ross, CEO of Aegis Health Group. “His leadership skills and unique set of competencies will help Aegis optimally serve our hospital clients.”

Prior to Healthways, Carlton was a program manager at Johnson & Johnson. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Morehead State University.
