Holladay Properties' Ameriplex at Elm Hill Building A is now fully leased.

Recycling equipment manufacturer and engineering company National Recovery Technologies will occupy 20,000 square feet, bringing the 90,000-square-foot facility to 100 percent occupancy. The building was also recently awarded LEED certification, the first multi-tenant industrial building in the state to do so.

NRT will join iDHL, Lennox Hearth Products and Holladay Properties in Building A. A second LEED-designed building is under construction, scheduled to be complete this summer. Classic Party Rentals has already signed on to occupy 52,000 square feet of the 135,000-square-foot facility. 

The site also includes seven acres for further development. When all phases of the complex are complete, the facility will accommodate over 300,000 square-feet of office, warehouse and industrial space.

Highwoods inks new tenant in Maryland Farms

Highwoods Properties Inc. has signed Millennium Brokerage Group, a provider of planning, insurance and financial services, to a lease for 5,200 square feet of office space at its 100 Winners Circle building in Maryland Farms. Jeff Williams represented Highwoods during the leasing process.

Millennium's current home is in the Renaissance Tower downtwn. The firm was owned by a St. Louis company until early last year, when a group of senior managers bought the company for $4 million. The company last fall inked a deal to develop financial planning tools for American Medical Association members. The company's Web site lists more than 40 employees at offices in Nashville, Knoxville, St. Louis, the Kansas City area, California, Texas, New York and North Carolina.
