Gresham Smith announces staff additions

Gresham Smith and Partners has hired Pamela Bybee as a document control specialist in its corporate services division. She has about 20 years of experience and will assist with document administration.

Curtis Smith, LEED AP, has joined the firm as civil engineering intern in the land planning and design division. He has four years of professional experience and graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a bachelor of science in civil and environmental engineering.

Fifth Third adds three

Fifth Third Bank has added Haley Thorne as a recruiter for its Southeast region’s human resources department. Thorne has recruited for the automotive, engineering and accounting industries with her most recent experience recruiting for IT.

Elisa Leftidge Jones has joined Fifth Third as a personal banker in Murfreesboro. For the past eight years, Jones has provided financial guidance in association with Clearview Financial Group. She holds a bachelor in finance degree from Alabama A&M University and a MBA from Tennessee State University.

Tammy Gallimore has joined Fifth Third as a mortgage sales assistant in Nashville. She has an associate of arts degree in English and 15 years of experience in sales for new home construction.

Zehnder hires director of social media

Zehnder Communications Inc. has hired Blake Killian as director of social media. Killian previously served as interactive marketing director for Stewart Enterprises. His responsibilities at Zehnder include overseeing, advising and maintaining digital efforts as they relate to the integration of social networking activities for a variety of agency accounts.

Hargis joins Republic Nashville

Republic Nashville has recruited Matthew Hargis as national director of promotion. Most recently, he was Capitol Records Nashville’s director of regional promotion for the Southeast. He began his career at All Access as assistant country editor before heading to Capitol as promotion manager.

Gish adds staff

Adveretising agency Gish Sherwood & Friends has hired Laura Tutor, Betsy Bratton and Emily Lowery. Tutor has been hired as a media planner and buyer in the media department. Prior to joining GS&F, she was with Nashville-based Buntin Group as a media buyer.

Making a recent transition from Posterscope Worldwide’s office in Atlanta, Bratton has been hired as an account executive in the account service department at GS&F. While at Posterscope, she served as account manager for innovation and activation for financial, gaming and retail industry clients.

Lowery has been hired as an account executive in the account service department. She most recently worked as the marketing coordinator for Healthcare Management Systems in Nashville.
