Franklin-based workforce health and safety software provider PureSafety has hired a pair of software directors.
Ben Scott joins the company as senior director of infrastructure and security, where he'll focus on quality assurance and infrastructure development and oversee the company's data centers and application production environments. A technology and operations veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Scott most recently served as senior vice president of operations for Passport Health Communications.
Also joining the company is Brett Williams, now director of product management. Williams is the former director of product management at call center software firm Aspect Software. At PureSafety, he will be responsible for driving strategy across software solutions from inception to market adoption.
"Expanding the PureSafety team positions us to achieve continued growth and product innovation," said PureSafety President and CEO Bill Grana. "Ben and Brett each bring a wealth of talent that complements our current leadership and ehnances our expertise in critical business functions."
PureSafety currently employs more than 230 workers. Last week the company detailed plans to grow its local workforce by 15 percent by July.
