Chattanooga-based Vision Hospitality Group paid more than $2.3 million for two sites in The Gulch Tuesday.

The tracts — a warehouse at 901 Division St. and an adult bookstore at 905 Division — are just two blocks from the Terrazzo and Icon developments. In separate transactions, Vision — through its Vision Nashville Gulch LLC arm — paid Purcell Development $1.31 million for the warehouse and Blue Sky Holdings a little more than $1 million for the adult bookstore.

While any hotel(s) would be the first in The Gulch, they wouldn't be Vision's first foray into the Nashville market. The company developed the airport-area Hyatt Place, the Hilton Garden Inn in Cool Springs and a LaQuinta in Smyrna.
