E|Spaces, a provider of flexible office and meeting space, is preparing for a Cool Springs location.

The company's second center — the first, in the Belle Meade Hill Center, opened in July 2010 — will be located at the McEwen Building at the corner of West McEwen Drive and Mallory Lane. The company provides open office space aimed at small users and meeting rooms and conference facilities for larger companies.

“Members will be able to use both the Belle Meade or Cool Springs centers interchangeably,” said Josh Bowling, COO and CFO of E|Spaces. “The key fob that members use for access and printing at Belle Meade will also work at Cool Springs. And members will use a mobile app to reserve meeting rooms at both locations.”

The Cool Springs location is slated for a February 2012 opening.
