Moe's money

The former First Tennessee branch at 2525 West End is becoming a burrito joint. Moe's Southwest Grill will take over 2,700 square feet of the first floor after a $386,000 rehab by Wieck.

Nelson Mazda zoom-zooms

Nelson Mazda is renovating 1210 Broadway, the auto dealership building that used to house Hippodrome Nissan. An investment group bought the site last month for about $4 million. The project will include adding 1,700 square feet and a canopy. Hardcastle has the $1.7 million contract.

Keepin' up with the Nordstroms

Dillard's at The Mall at Green Hills is renovating its second floor. CDI Contractor has the $2.5 million job.

Gatlin guns

Gatlin Development is rehabbing more than 10,000 square feet at its White Bridge Road offices. The Parkes Co. has the $600,000 job.

The baggage carousel area at the Nashville International Airport is getting a new look courtesy Rock City. The upgrades total $550,248.

Smithson-Craighead charter school is expanding by 8,855 square feet. Ikon Construction has the $1.3 million contract to add six classrooms to the Brick Church Pike school.
