Holtkamp Greenhouse on Lischey Avenue is prepping for a new 68,355-square-foot facility. Choice Inc. will build the $2.5 million project.

Willis is talking about Century City

Risk management firm Willis will move to the fifth and sixth floors of Century City. Hardaway is handling the $1.5 million job.

Financial tenant for American Center

One American Center at 31st and West End will get a new tenant after a $1.12 million project by The Parent Company. First Capital will move into the rehabbed spaced on the 12th and 13th floors.

Deloitte going higher tech

Deloitte & Touche is adding teleclassrooms and a new training center at its Sells Drive location. Parent also has this contract, which is worth $732,000.

Fifth Third upgrades in Green Hills

Fifth Third Bank is adding office space to its 2216 Abbott Martin Road location. Carden Company has the $250,000 contract.

Free People, big price tag

Boutique clothier Free People, a concept run by Urban Outfitters, will move into the Mall at Green Hills. The space should be impressive: Dunham and Associates has a $400,000 deal to prepare just 1,796 square feet.

Downtown clinic coming

Wellspring Builders is prepping space at 526 Eighth Ave. S. for United Neighborhood Health Services. The project totals $320,000.
