A publisher of farm and industrial equipment price guides is moving its headquarters to Franklin from Missouri.
IRON Solutions, which provides valuation information for the agricultural, industrial and outdoor power equipment industries, has run a Nashville-area field office since 2006, but is consolidating its management from its current home in the St. Louis area to The Factory on Franklin Road.
"The relocation will facilitate more collaboration and interaction among our management teams," said Darwin Melnyk, IRON Solutions' CEO. "This move helps us streamline our processes and achieve our commitment to provide dealers, manufacturers, lenders, and all our customers the highest levels of service."
Eleven-year-old IRON, which is owned by a private-equity group led by StarVest Partners LP, reported double-digit revenue growth in 2009 and the company said Web traffic hit an all-time high in the first quarter of this year.
The company's office in Fenton, Mo., will continue to be home of the editorial and publishing operations of the Official Guides for used agricultural and outdoor power equipment values and IRON Search Buyers Guide for Farm Equipment. The company's technical support staff will remain at offices in Saskatchewan, where IRON Solutions also has a cloud computing services team based on the campus of the University of Saskatchewan. The company employs a total of about 50 people.
