Engineers on the move
The HVAC and electrical engineers of Power Management Corp. are on the move on Music Row. Currently based at 1025 16th Ave. S., PMC has contracted with Flow Construction Co. to renovate a third-floor suite of 60 Music Square E. Model medical projects
Two projects taking place across the street from each other: HCA has contracted for the building of interior mock-ups of patient and operating rooms at its flagship Centennial Medical Center. Brasfield & Gorrie is on the job, which is valued at $100,000. Meanwhile, the nearby medical office building at 2222 State St. is getting its façade overhauled by Panther Construction Co. Inc. That project is worth almost $113,000.
New look for White Bridge lot
Post Square Shopping Center, the entity that owns the White Bridge Pike shopping center of the same name, has contracted with W.R. Newman & Associates Inc. to renovate its parking lot. The job is valued at about $88,000. Post Square is registered to investor Martin Silverman, who also owns the Merchant’s Walk center in Brentwood.
