Sherrard readies for Pinnacle move

Law firm Sherrard & Roe is getting ready for its move downtown to the Pinnacle at Symphony Place. Brasfield & Gorrie has the $1.5 million renovation permit for the 11th and 12th floors of Nashville's newest office tower.

Holding up

Turner Universal has the contract to renovate Baptist Hospital's "fourth-floor south procedural holding room." The project is priced at $350,000.

Water into milk

Purity Dairies is getting its flood repair work underway. Burns Services will perform $178,000 in rehab to the Nashville milk icon's Expressway Park maintenance building.

Hills topper

Southern Hills Hospital will soon have a partially new roof. Porter Roofing will install the $203,000 topper.

Tank it up

The Thornton's convenience store on Myatt Drive is getting new gasoline tanks. Three 10,000 gallon subterranean gas storage tanks – at a cost of $60,000 each – will be installed by Petroleum Equipment Co.

The tailgate crowd rejoices

Vineyard Vines, the preppy clothier and purveyor of the finest brightly-colored men's pants and college-logo inspired sunglass croakies, will open a new store in the Hill Center at Green Hills. Bacon Construction has the $188,000 finish-out permit.
