Bradley Arant Boult Cummings has hired Abbie DeBlasis as an associate in its health care practice group. Originally from Nashville, DeBlasis is returning to the city from Charlotte, where she served as an associate with Winston & Strawn LLP.

DeBlasis has worked with health care industry clients on a variety of transactional and operational matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and financing transactions. She also has experience representing lenders and borrowers in lending and private-equity transactions. She earned her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and her bachelor's from Miami University.
