New apartments in Germantown

Bristol Development Group sold its rights to 2.76 acres in Germantown to Ohio-based Associated Estates Realty for $6.74 million and, in turn, filed permits for two apartment buildings and a parking garage for the Vista Germantown Apartments. The project cost totals $32 million.

Data services on Murfreesboro Road

DataMarketing Network will move into the office park at 701 Murfreesboro Road. Flow Construction has the $420,000 job.

Belmont's new athletic facilities

Clayco Inc. has submitted a master development application for the construction of three generic "athletic fields" and basketball courts under an agreement with Belmont. The $1.4 million rec project is in Rose Park on Edgehill Avenue and was long disputed by nearby residents.

MBA expansion on track

The Parent Company filed a $2.4 million permit to build eight outdoor tennis courts, two 530-square-foot field houses and a new parking lot for Montgomery Bell Academy, part of the private school's on-going capital expansion.
