CPA Greg Welch has joined Fox + Kolb & Associates as senior manager, adding audit and assurance services to the menu at the firm founded in the summer of 2007.

At Fox + Kolb, Welch rejoins former colleague Ramona Fox and Jan Kolb, with whom he worked at Kruse & Associates and Crowe Horwath, which went by Crowe Chizek when it acquired Kruse in 2003. Until now, Welch was a senior manager at Crowe, which employs more than 100 people at its Brentwood office.

“Jan and I always respected his tremendous knowledge in the audit and assurance area,” Fox said. “Now Greg’s experience allows Fox + Kolb to provide additional services to our clients. He is invaluable addition to our firm.”

A native of Old Hickory, Welch earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from the University of Tennessee.
