Southeast Venture brokers $5.7 million in deals
Southeast Venture has wrapped up a series of real estate transactions with a net worth of $5.7 million, NashvillePost.com has learned.
The Green Hills Junior League Building, located at 2405 Crestmoor Road, has changed hands for $2 million. The 7,900 square-foot building was bought by Dr. Clayton Cummings of Advanced Dental Health Center. Michael Finucane and J.T. Martin, both of Southeast Venture, represented the buyer.
Near 100 Oaks Mall, a two-acre lot has been bought for $965,000. The Kraft Drive location was purchased by Allen-Guffee Investments from P356 Properties. Southern Sales Company, located nearby, will expand onto a portion of the land. Southeast Venture's Jimmy Pickel, Todd Alexander and Axson West brokered the deal for the seller.
A Murray, Ky. shopping center rounds out the transactions. The Chestnut Hills Shopping Center, a retail center housing J.C. Penney, Rent-A-Center and H&R Block, was purchased by Chestnut Hills Investment Co. for $2.7 million. The deal for the 68,364 -square-foot building was brokered by John Cavin and Jon Petty.
