Pinnacle Financial will soon begin construction on a new bank branch at 4328 Harding Pike, near its intersection with White Bridge Road. The structure includes drive-thru access. The construction is being handled by Phipps Construction and is worth $712,728.

The second phase of the Macs LLC's Rosemonte Townhouse development will soon begin. The builder recently pulled paperwork for five buildings, all around 1,300 square feet. The total construction value is $644,887.

A 9,750-square-foot warehouse will soon be constructed at 1124 Myatt Blvd. in the Rivergate Industrial Park. The property will house Outdoor Wood Works. Hardin & Barga Construction Inc. is handling the work, which is valued at $488,085.

Diversified Commercial Builders is readying for the $386,000 rehab of a building space at 405 Thompson Lane near the intersection with Nolensville Pike. The space will house a Shoney's Restaurant.

Beazer Homes has pulled permits for the construction of a 2,052-square-foot amenities center for its Villages of Riverwood development in Hermitage. The work is valued at $320,351. Also at Riverwood, permits were filed for the construction of a 3,750-square-foot swimming pool. The construction will cost $242,000.

Penco Construction Co. is in charge of a $300,000 job renovation of a fire-damaged apartment building that is part of the Village Ridge Apartments at 6501 Harding Pike.

Phipps Construction Co. pulled permits this week for the renovation of a space at 4322 Harding Pike, near the intersection with Woodmont Blvd. The space will house Green Hills Pediatric. The work is valued at $137,000.

The First Baptist Church of Joelton is putting $125,000 toward the renovation of a second-floor space for Sunday school classrooms. United Structural Systems Inc. is handling the work.

Hawkins Development has pulled permits for the renovation of a 10,672-square-foot space at 1205 Antioch Pike near Nashville International Airport. The space will house the offices and warehouse for Masters and Associates. The work is valued at $117,425.
