Pinnacle Financial Partners is adding to its Nashville branch network with an office at the Hill Center at Belle Meade.
The two-story, 6,600-square-foot branch will be Pinnacle’s 32nd in the Nashville MSA. Work will start late this month and wrap up in October. The project was designed by Hastings Architecture Associates and will be built by Phipps Construction.
Pinnacle’s branch will sit in front of the main buildings at the Hill Center at Belle Meade, which is anchored by a Publix grocery store. Other tenants in the $32 million mixed-use project include Moe’s Southwest Grill and Green Hills Pediatric Associates.
“The new office will provide Pinnacle clients added convenience in Belle Meade, a key part of the Nashville market,” said Pinnacle Chairman Rob McCabe. “The Hill Center at Belle Meade is in the heart of the community, and we’re eager to serve both business and consumer clients from this prime location.”
Pinnacle also is adding two offices in Knoxville this year – click here for details on one of them — and plans to hire about 70 people, which will bring its work force to nearly 800.
