Well-known Nashville litigator Barbara Moss has joined Norris & Norris to work on personal injury and business litigation, probate work and employment mediation.

Moss joins Norris & Norris after spending almost four years at Stites & Harbison, where she was of counsel. A 1977 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law, she has been recognized by a number of organizations for her work.

In 1989, she was given the Nashville Bar Association’s President’s Award. She served for three years on the Nashville Bar Association’s board of directors and six years on the board of governors of the Tennessee Bar Association. She also is a past president of the Lawyers’ Association for Women.

“I am so pleased to be joining my long-time friends and respected attorneys, Christina and John Norris,” Moss said.

Christina Norris, who with her husband John founded their firm in the summer of 2004, said Moss “brings many talents” to the table. In addition to litigation work, Moss also will continue to handle mediation cases.
